Lillehammer offers a wide range of adventures and activities summer and winter. There are activities for both families and companies who wish for exciting challenges.

A wide range of activities – both with and without adrenaline rushes – are available right outside the downtown area – all within an easy 30-minute drive.

The hotell is situated only 700 m from the main shopping street of Lillehammer and 200 m from Maihaugen and the Olympic Park.

Lillehammer itself is a charming town with a lively main street, fine museums and good restaurants. The mountain wilderness is only a short distance away at Nordseter and Sjusjøen.

Hunderfossen Family Park
is situated 15 km from the hotel. Exciting holiday packages, including tickets to Hunderfossen. You can book and pay in one simple step, and your tickets will be waiting for you upon arrival. Open from may to septhember. www.hunderfossen.no
 

High Ropes Course
at Hunderfossen Huge area with a lot of possibilities for climbing and rappelling. With different tracks and levels, this attraction is perfect for both groups and individuals of all ages. Hunderfossen Winterpark
By the entrance to the valley Gudbrandsdalen, north of Lillehammer, you will discover an enchanting winter park beyond everything you have ever seen before. A magical fairytale world that can not be seen or visited before the sun goes down and the dark night takes control. www.hunderfossen.no

Wheelbob
The wheelbob is a very popular activity during the summer season. It holds 4 passengers in addition to an authorized pilot, and reaches speeds up to 100 km/hr. Age limit: 10 and 11 years when accompanied by an adult; 12 years when riding alone. www.olympiaparken.no

Hafjell Bike park
9 Gondola- and lift served downhill trails in the best shape are prepared for the summer. www.hafjell.no

Maihaugen
Maihaugen has more than 170 old timber buildings from the Gudbrandsdalen Valley and Lillehammer area on display. Indoor and outdoor museum, only a 5 minutes walk from the hotel. www.maihaugen.no

The Gondola in Hafjell
In the summer the Gondola will have permanent ”departures” for riders and hikers to easily reach higher terrain where trails are numerous and the view is spectacular. Mosetertoppen will also be developed with new activities. www.hafjell.no

The Norwegian Olympic Museum

The Norwegian Olympic Museum is the only museum in Northern Europe presenting the entire history of the Olympic Games, from their origin in ancient Greece in the year 776BC up to the present day.
