Lillehammer Congress centre opened in January 2009!
Radisson SAS Lillehammer Hotel is one of Norway’s largest congress hotels, and has expanded its capacity further. The hotel has buildt a new Congress Centre in addition to the existing conference facilities. The goal is to strengthen the hotel and the city’s position as the ideal destination for major national and international conferences, trade fairs and other major events.
- The new Congress center offers 1.000 m2 in the main hall (ground floor), 270 m2 in an adjacent glass atrium, and 100m2 at the first floor.
- Total capacity in Lillehammersalen is 1.200 persons in a theatre set-up.
- Combined with the existing halls, the new conference centre offers 2.000 m2 on one level.
- In addition to this, the hotel has 25 other meeting rooms (8-60 persons) and 650m2 of mingling area.
- Catering capacity in the congress area is up to approx. 1.500 persons on one level.
- By making use of rooms in other hotels in Lillehammer area, Lillehammer will be able to host congresses for up to 1.500 participants.
